VACOIL
VACOIL S
Transformer vacuum equipment
VACOIL S is the smallest unit in the line and the easiest to move, built for transformer drying, chamber evacuation, and gas-free filling in tight spaces and remote locations. The same two-stage vacuum, regulation, and automation as the larger units, in a footprint that goes where they cannot.
- Two-stage vacuum for deep, stable processing
- Transformer drying, chamber evacuation, gas-free filling
- Fully automatic, vacuum regulated, SCADA-ready
- Stationary or mobile configuration
Overview
What VACOIL S does
VACOIL S is a stand-alone vacuum plant for transformer work. It dries transformers by pulling moisture out of the windings and insulation under deep vacuum, evacuates chambers and components, and fills transformers gas-free so no air or voids are trapped in the active part. The vacuum is the process, not a stage inside an oil loop.
A two-stage system reaches and holds deep vacuum, with the level set and regulated automatically through the cycle. Operation is fully automatic, with PLC control and SCADA integration for sites that monitor remotely, so the vacuum cycle can run unattended. The unit works in the factory on new transformers and in the field on installed ones, stationary or mobile.
For why vacuum drying and gas-free filling matter to dielectric performance and transformer life, see the Handbook of Transformer Oil Excellence.

Best suited for
VACOIL S is the unit for drying and filling smaller transformers and components, for vacuum service on sites where space and access are limited, and for field teams who need to move quickly between jobs. For larger transformers and higher vacuum capacity, VACOIL runs up to the L.

Engineered to a different standard
-
Two-stage vacuum
Primary and secondary stages working together to reach deep vacuum and hold it stable through the cycle. The vacuum is the work, not a stage inside an oil loop.
-
Vacuum held to setpoint
The vacuum level is set and regulated automatically through the whole process. The PLC holds it where you want it, from rough-down to deep hold.
-
Runs itself. Watches itself.
Fully automatic vacuum cycle under PLC control, with a full SCADA and on-board analytics. Manual controls are PLC-guarded, so the wrong move is blocked before it happens.
-
Interlocked for every scenario
Alarms, sensors, and interlocks across every condition the cycle can meet. Designed to run safely, attended or unattended.
-
Remote and unattended operation
A drying or evacuation cycle can run for days without a person on site. The unit runs the cycle on its own and reports its state to ekofluid.cloud, so it is watched from anywhere and needs attention only when it asks for it.
-
Connected as standard
An integrated modem and on-board server push every reading to ekofluid.cloud. Your portal holds the full cycle history and the documentation. Log in and run the unit from any browser.
-
Mounted however the site needs
Each frame sits on the ground, on forklift-friendly legs supplied as standard, or on an optional wheel base. Stationary in the workshop or mobile to the substation, all detachable.
-
Built to outlast the asset
Black steel, fully welded, dual-coated and baked. Built for years of hard vacuum duty, in the factory or in the field.
