Overview

What ECOIL 8000 does

ECOIL 8000 purifies mineral transformer oil. Moisture, dissolved gases, and particles accumulate over years of service and pull the oil's dielectric strength down; in a single pass, the unit dries the oil under vacuum, strips dissolved gases, and filters particles to 0,5 µm, and the oil goes back to work.

ECOIL does the essential purification process and nothing beyond it. It comes in three fixed configurations that ship from stock, so there is no configuration step and no long lead time — you order the model that matches your volume and put it to work. Operation runs from a single clear control panel that operators handle without specialist training.

Application

Best suited for

ECOIL 8000 is the unit for high-volume purification and larger transformers, and for service programmes that process big oil volumes on a predictable, repeatable job. It is the top of the ECOIL line. For oil configured to a specific target, online work on energized transformers, ester fluids, or regenerating aged oil, the range continues with FILOIL, FILOIL est., and REOIL.
